No, I don't work for Lexis
But, check out BriefSuite. Apparently, it can create a table of authorities from a brief. It will also check citation format/style, but of course for Blue Book, not ALWD.
And yes, it's free.

Easy MAC
It's come to my attention that some of the laptop MAC addresses were deleted from the system, which means that those laptops can't get onto the Mercer wireless network.
So, if you're having problems getting a signal, tell the IT people to try re-adding you to the system.

Too little, too late
Bush is in town to attempt to resurrect the political career of Mac Collins. Word on the street is that some of the MLRs may be chauffering around some of the low-level staffers. I can only imagine how that will read on their resumes: Volunteer, Campaign Logistics Staff. If this is where the NRCC thinks its resources are best spent, they may as well just put Nancy Pelosi's name up on the speaker's door.

Brother (or Sister) in Arms
There's another Mercer Law blog getting going. It's a bit more crotchety than what you'll see around here. I've added a link, so check it out, if you like.
If any other blogs pop up, I'll link to them too.
UPDATE (10/12):
4DW seems to have been taken down.
